Parsippany Police say a Montville man was arrested for driving while intoxicated after a motor vehicle accident in the area of Lake Shore Drive near Roosevelt Avenue in Lake Hiawatha at about 10:45 p.m. Sunday.

Michael Quinn, 55, was determined by police to be at fault in the crash, in which his green four-door Nissan crashed into a second vehicle as it was backing into a driveway, according to a police statement.

Quinn was charged with DWI and reckless driving, and was released to the custody of a family member, police said.

According to police, there were no injuries in the incident.
