Reporters aren't supposed to cry, but it is hard not to shed tears when one sees what Hurricane Irene did to properties in the lower Lake Hiawatha area. Patch visited the area Wednesday and shares scenes of a proud neighborhood doing the tough work of getting things back to normal.
