NEW UPDATE: Schools Open Tuesday; Halloween Reschedulings
School will be back in session and Halloween events will take place at new days and times.
Parsippany public schools will be open Tuesday. District administration announced that schools will run on the usual schedule, however, children who stay at home will not be penalized for the absence.
Also announced: Monday's Halloween at the High event is rescheduled for Friday.
Many Parsippany elementary schools report that they are rescheduling their Halloween events in the aftermath of the weekend snowstorm and the decision to close district schools Monday.
- Troy Hills School's Halloween parade & parties are postponed to Tuesday at 1:15 p.m. The school administration sends thanks to PTA Room Parents for their help.
- Northvail School will hold its Halloween party and an indoor parade Tuesday at 1:15 p.m.
- Intervale School, Littleton School, Knollwood School, Mount Tabor School and Rockaway Meadow School have moved their separate Halloween parades and parties to Friday.
- Lake Parsippany School's Halloween parade is rescheduled for Friday at 1:15pm with parties to follow.
