Our first new year Real Estate Listing of the Week, at 40 Glacier Drive, comes from Oscar Alban of Century 21 Semiao & Associates. The property is a three-bedroom, one-bath Cape Cod in the Morris Plains section of Parsippany, and it's listed at $329,000. The house features an above-ground oil tank, a fireplace, a full basement, forced-air heating and lots of potential, according to the realtor, who adds that the property could use a little tender loving care.

To get more info on this property, contact Alban at 973-462-5280.

That road looks almost as disgusting as the roads the Mount Tabor section of Parsippany. Crumbling pavment, no drainage system, no curbing, cracks and holes in the road surface, etc.

Sick of the trolls

Darn, "clyde," you started today off so well; coherent, intelligent, helpful even. What happened? Maybe it's time to head over to NJ.com where your type of disparaging and ill-natured comments are not only tolerated but somehow encouraged.

The "troll" is so disagreeable lately. I wonder if "troll" is suffering from a bad case of hemorrhoids?

Sick of the trolls

"clyde," I'm suffering from a bad case of your nonsensical ramblings. I'm suffering from you disparaging my town and my state and my country. I'm suffering from just wanting a place, one place, on the internet, where I can go to have a civil discussion about the topics of the day without having to hear people like you complaining about every little perceived hurt and wrong in their life; spinning conspiracy theories and corruption schemes whether they have anything to do with the article being discussed or not; using the anonymity afforded them by the internet to say mean, hateful, libelous things about other people with no regard for courtesy or decorum or their basic humanity, and acting like petulant children who wish only for the approval of a mother who does not exist.

So, yes, "clyde," if you're a hemorrhoid (and I'm amazed you were able to spell that correctly, did you use Google or just copy it from the Preparation H tube you keep by the computer?) then I have the worst case of hemorrhoids in medical history. I only wish there were a creme or wipe or salve to make you go away like a hemorrhoid; alas, it seems I'll just have to sit here and suffer. But not in silence!

"Troll" really seems to be suffering from the nagging itch of hemrrohoids. Get one of those rubber donuts to sit on. You'll feel better.
