Acupuncture is a very effective procedure for pain relief. The Parsippany Library is sponsoring a program on how it works and how it may help you.
Nationally certified and state licensed practitioner Lauren Wolfson of the Family Acupuncture Center of Denville is the presenter. Some conditions that respond to acupuncture are sports injuries, migraines, sciatica and peripheral neuropathy.

More About Parsippany-Troy Hills Free Public Library
The Parsippany-Troy Hills main library branch moved to its Halsey Road location in 2006. It is 38,000 square feet and contains a large children's library and program room, a technology lab, a teen section and small group meeting and study rooms. It offers many free educational events for children and adults, including cultural and technological programs.
It has two smaller branches in Mount Tabor and Lake Hiawatha.
