I encourage all of you people to go buy some "finely crafted gifts" during the Craftsman Farms Trunks Show. The more you buy, the less tax money these people will try to get their hands on. Most of these historic house groups are run by well-heeled white people with an old-house obsession. When they can't raise the funds they want, they turn to government for a welfare handout.

I was at The Stickley Museum on Small Business Saturday, the fashion exhibition is amazing and the gift shop/Trunk Show had beautiful things and I got a lot of my holiday shopping done! Having access to a piece of NJ history and such a beautiful setting is priceless. Best of all - I got to buy American and support American artisans in a local small business.

Clyde, I'm not exactly sure what you're saying - would you prefer to close the museum?
