More About Blackthorn Irish Restaurant & Pub
Founded by Irish immigrant Eugene Gillespie Sr., this eatery and pub serves traditional fare such as Shepherd's Pie, black and white pudding and Guinness beef stew.
But there are also sliders, nachos and burgers.
Gillespie runs the Blackthorn with his wife, Rosemary, and son, Eugene Jr. It's patterned after the family's Blackthorn restaurant and pub in Kenilworth.
