The Zoning Board will meet at the Municipal Building at 7:30 p.m. On the agenda is a long-underway effort to build affordable housing for veterans at Zandy's Acres on Old Dover Road. It's a request to construct three buildings, holding a total of 26 multi-family units. This will be a continued hearing on this carried from the June 19th meeting.
Also on the agenda is a request from William Henning and Thomas Carlyon, who are seeking to build a new single family unit at 33 Scenic Drive.
