olive oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Take one piece of matzoh and sprinkle olive oil over it.  Next, spread pizza sauce over the matzoh, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. You can make several personal sized pizzas this way by placing them on a baking sheet.

Bake for about 5-7 minutes, and serve. Enjoy!
