Go Mad for Hats at the Morris Museum

A vintage hat and purse exhibit leads our weekend to-do list.

An extended weekend sprawls before us and with it comes possibility. This week's window on the weekend has suggestions ranging from learning to ballroom dance to immersing oneself in vintage fashion accessories. You can raise a glass to great blues music or get anything you want at Alice's Restaurant. If you want to start the holiday early, you'll find plenty of star-spangled pre-Memorial Day events. GRAB & GO KIDS PLANNER

Why Go: Because children ages 6 to 11 can learn about turtles at the Great Swamp Outdoor Education Center.
