JCP&L: Free Water, Ice For Powerless
Regional stores offering power company's customers aid.
Jersey Central Power & Light customers in Morris and Sussex counties without electricity can go to the following stores for free water and ice.
JCP&L said people should identify themselves as customers without power at each store's front desk.
As of 6:48 p.m. Tuesday, about 458 customers in Parsippany were without electricity. The hardest hit communities in Morris County were Morristown with more than 10,000 powerless and Denville with nearly 4,000 losing electricity.
