School Celebrates National Dance Week with Flash Mob

Mary Lou Hale's School of Dance 'Mobs' the playground at Volunteer Park

For the second year in a row, the students, teachers, parents and friends of Mary Lou Hale's School of Dance performed a Flash Mob to mark National Dance Week. The 2013 event took place on the playground at Volunteers Park in Lake Hiawatha.

National Dance Week exists to encourage dance and promote "fun fitness." Dance flash mobs were held in locations across the country all this week.

The Parsippany mob numbered around 50, and included adults, children and even Patch editor Natalie Davis.
