No RPattz and KStew at Parsippany Twilight Convention

Kristen Stewart's reported romantic misadventure has cost her a beau—and Par-Troy Twi-hards won't get a chance to see their fave vampire couple.

The stormy situation surrounding the romance of Twilight stars and on- and formerly on-screen lovers Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart is now affecting Parsippany directly.

The Twilight convention coming to Par-Troy Oct. 5-7 will not feature appearances by the actors who played Edward and Bella, the fictional pair last seen newly wed and parents to half-vampire/half-human Renesmee, according to US Magazine.

In case you hadn't heard—if that's possible—teen America's favorite cinematic vampire couple, who've been romantically intertwined since the first Twilight film started production in 2007, are presently on the outs because of a reported dalliance between Stewart and her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.

Stewart apologized publicly to Pattinson for what she labeled a "mistake and a complete lapse in judgment," according to People Weekly, but he quickly moved out of the Los Angeles home they shared and reportedly bunked in the home of his Like Water for Elephants co-star and friend Reese Witherspoon.

The break-up, beyond dashing the romantic dreams of Twilight fans (they're called Twi-hards), sets up a question for the RPattz-KStew-obsessed: Will the erstwhile lovebirds be able to come together to promote the final installment of the blockbuster Twilight series, Breaking Dawn Part 2, which is slated for release later this year?

No answer on that, yet, but it is clear Pattinson and Stewart will not be coming to Parsippany.

According to entertainment news site Zap2It.com, Taylor Lautner, teen werewolf Jacob Black in the series, will not be in attendance either.

"The passion and dedication of Twilight fandom has been amazing and we're out to throw one last giant convention, a final gathering to see old friends that have made up the Twilight family," convention company Creation Entertainment told Zap2It.com. "Although Rob, Kristen and Taylor will not be with us this time out we will have a super line-up of other Twilight stars and the weekend will be filled with special events, movie prop and costume displays, contests, panels, auctions, parties, exclusive merchandise, music and much more, including some surprises!"

Those "other Twilight stars," according to Creation Entertainment's website, include Booboo Stewart (Seth Clearwater), Charlie Bewley (Demetri of The Volturi), Alex Meraz (Paul of The Wolf Pack), Christian Camargo (Eleazar) and Daniel Cudmore (Felix of The Volturi).

Neither Pattinson, Stewart nor Lautner attended the .

The 2012 convention will be held at the . Ticket prices range from $15 for a one-day pass to $319 for a "Gold Weekend" package.
