“Being a leader means more than just managing employees,” Nolfo said. “Even top-performing employees can lose focus without the support of a great leader driving them to excel.

"It is crucial for leaders today to learn a leadership and communications style that works best for them and the people they manage.”

Nolfo said Troy Aikman and Emmitt Smith will share leadership tips and advice they learned as members of the National Football League's Dallas Cowboys, one of the most prolific professional football teams in history.

Patrick Lencioni will cover how to identify the natural human tendencies
that plague all people in positions of leadership, using ideas from his first best-selling book, The Five Temptations of a CEO. The author will share advice on overcoming human frailties that often prevent leaders from fulfilling their potential.

Bertice Berry will talk about the importance of finding one’s purpose in life while helping participants identify learning styles.
