Parsippany Business Campus Gets New Property Manager

The Morris Corporate Center III complex in Parsippany has new management. Jones Lang LaSalle now is the exclusive leasing and management agent for the four-building, 525,533-square-foot center on Interpace Parkway.

“This campus is the premier corporate address in highly desired Morris County,” said Linda Aronson, regional director for Jones Lang LaSalle’s property management division, in a news release. “The buildings’ flexible and efficient floor plates can accommodate a wide cross-section of tenants who will also be attracted to the campus’ high-touch, on-site amenities and accessible location.”

Morris Corporate Center III was built in 1989 and sits on 28 acres. The complex is part of a 182-acre master-planned high-end corporate development that includes a park-like setting featuring fountains, pedestrian seating areas and walking/jogging trails. 

Approximately 59,953 square feet of business-ready office space is currently available at the premier Class A campus. Availabilities range from 1,844 to 24,954 square feet of contiguous space.
