Pure is located at 707 on Route 46 in Parsippany.

Pure of Parsippany, a restaurant featuring steak, seafood and sushi, introduced itself to Parsippany's business community with a successful ribbon cutting and reception attended by more than 100 residents, town officials and members of the Parsippany Area Chamber of Commerce.

Pure Parsippany Catering and Special Events Manager Kim Caputo greeted guests and invited them to have a toast of champagne before Mayor James Barberio, members of the Parsippany-Troy Hills Township Council and Chamber of Commerce officials cut the red ribbon, symbolizing the opening of the new establishment.

“Pure has an Asian feel with a French twist in terms of flavor with a phenomenal full sushi bar,” said Caputo.

"After meeting with the owners of PURE, I knew I wanted to be apart of this organization,” said Executive Chef Michael Schmitt. “The element approach to my culinary design mirrors the philosophy of PURE's vision. All of our experiences in life are created by the five great elements: earth, water, fire, air and space.

“Our menu does not complicate these, but inspires them with contemporary tradition from French and Asian cuisines,” he added. The 'Zen' setting of PURE offers our guests a relaxing and unforgettable experience.”

Pure also boasts a Wine Room with glass french doors where up to 16 guests can dine and celebrate a special occasion.

“Welcome to Parsippany,” said Chamber of Commerce President Robert Peluso. “It's a great community and you will always have a friend in the chamber and town hall.
