What Should Fill Baldwin Shopping Center Vacancies?

Patch wants to hear your ideas for filling empty business buildings.

The Baldwin Shopping Center is a tidy little strip mall that stands at the intersection of Baldwin Road and bustling Route 46. The center is not especially large and it is presently being renovated, providing more attractive exteriors for some really cool merchants.

There is the , recently named the Parsippany Patch Readers' Choice winner for Best Italian Restaurant. There is , which this week is one of the contenders in the Readers' Choice contest. And there are others, among them ,  and .

But the shopping center's marquee sign features a lot of empty spaces where merchants' names should be, and that does not sit well for a town that needs to boost its ratables.

Tell us: What types of retail businesses do you think would fit into the Baldwin Shopping Center? Keep in mind the interesting nature of this mall, right near residential homes and apartments, a church and the Route 46 commercial thoroughfare.
