Jessica Rojas Appointed Branch Vice President Of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage In Morris Plains/Parsippany

MORRIS PLAINS/PARSIPPANY, N.J. (July 10, 2014) – Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County N.Y., is pleased to announce that Elmwood Park resident Jessica Rojas has been appointed branch vice president of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Morris Plains/Parsippany office. Rojas will be responsible for the oversight of approximately 50 affiliated sales associates serving communities throughout Morris County and surrounding areas.

Rojas affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2009 as a sales associate with the Clifton office. In her first year as a sales associate, Rojas was named Rookie of the Year. She is licensed as a broker sales associate in New Jersey and is a Certified Distressed Property Expert. Prior to her real estate career, Rojas worked for approximately 10 years as a paralegal specializing in real estate, landlord/tenant matters, bankruptcy, estates, will and trusts. She then obtained her mortgage solicitor’s license and managed a mortgage branch office for three years. Rojas holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Seton Hall University. She is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.

Rojas is very active in her local community. She is a member of Parents of Autistic Children, Putting the Pieces Together (providing services for children with Autism) and the United Puerto Rican Council.
