Luxury Townhome Model to Debut on Weekend of March 1 at Legacy of Mountain Lakes

Buyers Can Tour Professionally-Decorated Briarcliff Model in One of New Jersey’s Most Desirable New Residential Communities

MOUNTAIN LAKES, N.J. – The first decorated townhome model atLegacy of Mountain Lakes will make its highly-anticipated debut during the first weekend of March, developer HornRock Properties announced today.

On Saturday, March 1, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, March 2, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., guests are invited to come tour the new model, learn about the lifestyle the community offers and be among the first group of buyers to select from the available home sites. Several of the 39 three-and four-bedroom luxury townhomes have already been reserved by pre-construction buyers, but some of the property’s most desirable locations are still available.

With limited new-construction ownership opportunities available in the highly sought-after Morris County Borough of Mountain Lakes, Legacy of Mountain Lakes has already generated a lot of interest. Buyers are drawn to Mountain Lakes for its visual beauty, excellent quality-of-life and top-notch public school system, which boasts the 7th best high school in the state, according to New Jersey Monthly’s 2012 annual ranking of Top Public High Schools in New Jersey. With demand already high, sales activity is expected to jump even more significantly once the model opens.

“The opening of this new model will allow buyers to see for themselves the type of upscale, comfortable and spacious homes we are offering at Legacy of Mountain Lakes,” said David Hornblass, a principal at HornRock Properties. “Even without the benefit of any models, pre-construction sales have been extremely strong because Mountain Lakes is a beautiful town with an excellent school system that families want to be a part of. Now that the elegant, graceful interiors of our home designs are on full display, we are expecting a lot of traffic in our sales office from both new buyers and those who have previously expressed interest.”

The decorated model will feature the community’s Briarcliff floor plan, one of two floor plans available in the “Signature Home Series” collection. A second model featuring the Fernwood floor plan is scheduled for an early April grand opening. Both designs feature three-bedrooms and expansive interior spaces highlighted by ultra-luxurious appointments.

Merchandised by prominent interior design firm Gacek Design, the two-story “Signature Home Series” models will be loaded with exquisite features and designer appointments to provide visitors a true sense of the estate-style layouts, distinctive architectural details and luxury living that have already made Legacy of Mountain Lakes one of the area’s most popular housing choices.

The Fernwood boasts 2,829 square-feet of luxury living space and the Briarcliff offers 2,853 sq.-ft. of space. Both designs feature three-bathrooms, unfinished walk-out basements and two-car garages. Buyers who purchase optional upgrade packages can expand their living space to more than 4,700 square feet in the residences. Optional finished basements, elevators and loft spaces which can be used as an additional bedroom or flex space with full bath are available. Homes in the “Signature Home Series” are priced from $799,900.

Legacy of Mountain Lakes also offers two additional designs in its “Carriage Home Series” collection. The “Carriage Home Series” features three-bedroom layouts with two full baths, two half baths and one- or two-car garages. The three-story townhomes range from 2,162 to 2,236 finished square-feet and are priced from $599,900.

Legacy of Mountain Lakes has proven to have broad appeal to a wide range of homebuyers. Empty-nesters who want the opportunity to reside in an upscale care-free environment, yet still remain close to friends and family in northern New Jersey appreciate the prestigious Mountain Lakes location. Professional couples have been attracted to the spacious, well-appointed interior layouts which provide plenty of room for sophisticated living, entertaining family and friends and so much more.

Situated at the intersection of Morris Avenue and Fanny Road, Legacy of Mountain Lakes offers a superb Morris County location characterized by winding country roads, bucolic lakes and heavily wooded terrain. While the community unquestionably offers a prestigious address, a close proximity to major transportation including Routes 46, 287 and 80 also brings residents minutes from world class shopping, entertainment and major business centers. The community is home to countless parks and nine lakes, making it ideal for outdoor recreation, all right in the heart of one of northern New Jersey’s most picturesque settings.

“The Morris County location is a big draw, with major employment centers in Morristown and Parsippany less than 10 miles away and easy access to New York City via Route 80 and the Mountain Lakes train station,” said Maurice Hornblass, another HornRock principal. “Residents can enjoy access to nearby shops, services, museums, restaurants and theatres, or just spend the day on the golf course or at a lake club. It’s a tremendous lifestyle and the residents of our community will be able to enjoy all of it.”
