The contentious proposal of the once-rejected 700 Mountain Way is back: The Parsippany Zoning Board of Adjustment meets to take up a revised plan to bring a townhouse community to the southwest portion of the town. Neighbors put up a strong defense against the project during more than three years of initial deliberation, so it's possible there may be fireworks. The meeting takes place Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 1001 Parsippany Blvd.

If you're a business owner and love what you do, this may the best Valentine's Day ever: Join Patch for our groundbreaking Main Street U Summit, where we connect local business owners with digital experts and industry veterans.
