Red Ribbon Anti-Drug Lecture with Dr. Matt Bellace

Red Ribbon Week 2012 is coming. That's the 24-year national campaign designed to raise awareness and help communities unite and take a visible stand against alcohol and drug abuse.

To mark Red Ribbon Week, Parsippany’s Municipal Alliance Committee will present comedian, psychologist, motivational speaker and author of “A Better High”, Dr. Matt Bellace, PhD.

Bellace will present his lecture "Resilience, The Power to Rise Above, Empowering Teens to Make Positive Choices."

“Especially given the tragic losses our community has suffered in the past few months related to drug addiction, MAC is driven more than ever to raise awareness about drug abuse and prevention in Parsippany,” said MAC Chair Annelise Catanzaro. “We’re looking forward to sponsoring Dr. Bellace’s program in pursuit of this goal.”
