Yoga for Tight Hips with Amy Hamilton

Join Amy Hamilton in a 2-hour workshop to learn yoga postures designed to bring ease of movement to the pelvis.  Opening tight hips creates better posture, a more fluid range of motion when walking, and reduces lower back pain.


No previous experience necessary.  All ages and fitness levels welcome.


Amy Hamilton is a certified Iyengar yoga instructor with over 30 years teaching experience.  Her students are encouraged to explore deeply all aspects of yoga, develop a home practice, and are given instruction to avoid injury.  Her teaching offers a way to find alignment of the body and steadiness of the mind.
