Family First HomeCare and Troy Hills Center to Sponsor a Heart Healthy Evening

Family First HomeCare and the Troy Hills Center are thrilled
to be co-sponsoring an evening dedicated to heart health on Wednesday, February
19th, 2014.  Suzanne Banfield,
a heart disease survivor and nationally renowned food scientist, educator and consultant,
will be speaking at the event.  Suzanne
has appeared on such programs as “The Montel Williams Show” and “The Today
Show” as a heart health authority.  A
delicious, complimentary dinner will also be served at the event, featuring recipes
from Suzanne’s own heart healthy cookbook, “WomenHeart’s All Heart Family
Cookbook”.  The first ten people to
arrive will be given a copy of her cookbook! 
Admission for the evening is free, and both Family First HomeCare and
the Troy Hills Center hope to see you at the Troy Hills Center at 5:30pm on
Wednesday, February 19th.  The
