The Book Thief - A Movie Fundraiser for Temple Beth Am

On Sunday, December 8th 9:30-11:35 a.m. Temple Beth Am in Parsippany, NJ has
reserved one of the large movie theatres at the AMC Loew's Theatre in East
Hanover to watch the highly acclaimed new movie, "The Book Thief". The movie
stars Geoffrey Rush and Emma Watson, and is being touted as this year's
Academy Award winning movie.

The movie is based on the bestselling book of the same name that tells the inspirational story of a spirited and courageous young girl who transforms the lives of everyone around her when she is sent to live with a new family during Word War II Germany.

The public is welcome to join the students and congregants of Temple Beth Am by purchasing tickets for $10 at the Temple and Religious School offices.

Please contact Education Director Barrie Halpern for information on buying tickets, (973) 887-0046 or school@tbaparsippany.org.

Group sales are welcome; schools, classes, book clubs etc. All proceeds are going to purchase a SMART Board for the Religious School, adding to the already
creative and progressive Jewish education curriculum.
