Understanding the Health Care System and the Benefits of Home Care

At Visiting Nurse Association of Northern New Jersey (VNA), we believe it is important to provide the community with the support and resources needed when caring for themselves or a loved one. To that end, we are pleased to partner with Health Care Connect, LLC to offer this free presentation. During this presentation, you will learn how to navigate the health care system, including how to advocate for a loved one and manage discharge planning. In addition, you will learn some of the benefits of home health care and how VNA can help provide a seamless transition from hospital to home. There is no cost to attend and light refreshments will be provided.
