Lake Hiawatha Man Wins Knoll Golf Club Tourney
He currently plays golf for CCM as well.
The Knoll Golf Club East hosted its end-of-year championship over the past month and this past Monday, a new champion was crowned, said Matthew Lejeune.
Nick Aemisegeo of Lake Hiawatha took home the title in the match play based tournament.
“After an early exit last year from Match play at the Knoll, this year Nick went all the way, playing two matches before the championship, and making it interesting by adding two additional playoff holes in the championship match,” said Lejuene. “Nick was down by two holes with two left to play, he won both to force the playoff and eventually win on the 20th hole.”

Aemisegeo also plays golf for CCM and is aspiring to eventually go Professional, added Lejuene.
