Take a Tour of Kevin and Danielle Jonas' $2.2M Denville Home

Five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath home on 1 acre of land has undergone major renovations since couple purchased it in 2011.

Some area real estate agents who visited Kevin and Danielle Jonas' newly listed Denville home Tuesday saidĀ it feltĀ surreal touring the celebrity abode featured on E!'s "Married to Jonas."

Some agents were wowed by the wine cellar, home theater with 3-D projector, and the pool.

And some must have hoped their business card would be the one drawn to see which agent won an autographed bottle of wine from the celebrity couple's private collection.

Kevin and Danielle Jonas' home at 5 C.W. Roleson Way, Denville, is listed for $2.2 million.

An invitation-only showing drew about 100 real estate agents in the first few hours Tuesday afternoon. It came on the heels of reports by TMZ and People over the weekend about their house going on the market.

The oldest Jonas Brother and his wife, who are expecting their first baby, are moving within Morris County to a much bigger home, their real estate agent said. The location hasn't been disclosed.

According to listing agents Amy Werner and Celia Riggio of Terrie O'Connor Realtors, the move-in ready home has undergone major renovations and upgrades since the couple bought it for $1.19 million in 2011.

The home is on about 1 acre. Its property tax bill last year was just over $26,000, according to county records.

The autographed wine bottle, a Beringer Private Reserve, was on display in the temperature- and humidity-controlled wine cellar.

Werner, a Mahway resident, is a Jonas family friend, having grown up with the family in Wyckoff. Riggio lives in Oakland.

They said visiting real estate agents mainly were impressed by quality features throughout the home property, including light fixtures and pavers.

"They love the touches, the attention to detail," Riggio said.

Riggio said all their clients receive the same quality and level of service, but with celebrity clients there is extra sensitivity to privacy and security because of surrounding media attention and fans.

"Photography strictly prohibited" signs were set up through the home.

They said no one in their company leaked information about the sale to the media, but on Saturday they started sending hundreds of invitations to real estate agents in Morris, Essex, Bergen and Warren counties for the event. The invitation didn't say who the sellers were, but someone could have figured it out based on pictures of the home, or found out some other way, they said.

The five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath home has a Savant Smart Home Automation system, which controls lighting, locks, music, electronics, security cameras, a fire place and air-conditioning.
