Longtime Parsippany Resident, Business Owner Dies at 84

Carlo Colasuonno came to America to fulfill dream, obituary says.

A longtime Parsippany resident and business owner died recently at his township home, surrounded by his family, at the age of 84.

Carlo Colasuonno, born in Italy, moved to the United States in 1961 to make a better life for his family, according to his obituary.

Colasuonno settled in Parsippany in 1977 and began Colasunno Landscaping, setting the example of hard work and sacrificing to live the American Dream for his children.

Colasuonno is survived by his wife, Anna, of 53 years; two sons; one daughter; and eight grandchildren.
