Waterview;Frayda Levy needs a Class in Humanity & Science. Water anyone?

Let us begin ; It was in the year 1776 that Jeremy Bentham would write his famous principle of utility: "It is the greatest happiness of the greatest number that is the measure of right and wrong"
" Pursuit of Happiness " phase combined ambiguously two very different notions: the idea of John Locke and Jeremy Bentham, that happiness was the pursuit of personal pleasure and the older stoic idea that happiness derived from active devotion to public good and from civic virtue , which had little to do with personal pleasure. The 'pursuit of happiness' was launched in different, and potentially conflicting directions from the start, with private pleasure and public welfare existing in the same phrase. "to pursue happiness in such a land was quite rightly to pursue prosperity, to pursue pleasure,to pursue wealth" This 'take over" lead to the rise of capitalism in its present rogue uncivil, uncaring way.
Frayda Levy would have us believe that open space; any open space be it ball-park, gold course, wetland or historic landscapes are all equal in some sense; "open space". She in this simple expression of category "open space" ignoring the specific natural assets and characteristics of the very landscapes themselves.
In waterviews case and the NJ Highlands in which she lives and waterview is a part of WATER is the main concern; specifically; Ground Water Recharge Areas, of which Parsippany alone has over 2000 acres many of which are not properly acknowledged or protected. Water is a resource of common trust which belongs to all of us.
The NJ Highlands This 17% land mass supplies better than 65% of the State’s population with drinking water; every part of it needs to be known, recognized and protected through preservation when possible, low impact or smart development and mandatory best management practices, when it is developed. Does a Whole Foods store and unneeded expensive, for profit housing, really justify ruining this landscape?
Why Parsippany is wrong in just considering Parsippany when it comes to water; or should Parsippany side with Frayda Levy of Mountain Lakes?
Civil consciousness involves restoring the view of public and state ownership of certain natural resources that benefit all. In legal terms, this concept is known as the public trust doctrine. This doctrine holds that certain natural resources belong to all and cannot be privately owned or controlled because of their inherent importance to each individual and society as a whole. A clear declaration of public ownership, the doctrine reaffirms the superiority of public rights over private rights for critical resources. It impresses upon states the affirmative duties of a trustee to manage these natural resources for the benefit of present and future generations and embodies key principles of environmental protection:stewardship, communal responsibility, and sustainability. While water resources protected under the doctrine may not be monopolized by private entities, they nevertheless face great strains today from private use and misuse. Combating these abuses of shared water resources is a major task, particularly when private economic considerations are often given preference over public environmental values.

Frayda Levy seems to sponsor some Darwinian theory of superiority based on capital and its might over right for political not sound reasoning.  Her wants are not "our" needs. Her rich life style has alienated her from life's very elements. There is no longer a difference between nature and mans' nature, man is destroying his world and will surely pay the price, the price money can't change. Live like a real person, not a Disney land individual. You may buy your water in a plastic bottle; where is that water taken from? What really happens to the millions of plastic bottles?   The profit motive has already destroyed much of creations water; all things have limits, one way or the other, we will pay for our lack of mutual respect for life itself ; water is the soul of all things here on Earth.
