KEEP PARK IN GRAYSTONE PARK

How about using a TND; known as Traditional Neighborhood Development Ordinance, type zoning code. TND ordinance can replace existing land-use codes or be instituted as an optional alternative. The opposite alternative if chosen by private sources would be accelerated through the permit process.  Also hope the Senators and  Township are not sincerely only trying to save the Old Building without the surrounding landscape in its entirety.   Morris County has enough sprawl and impractical housing & unnecessary corporate developments. If Gray stone does not fit into a Regional Plan we have failed. Ecology & Economy or our remaining landscapes will suffer even more as our quality of life. No developers free for all , TND will keep a threshold. Change the Municipal Land Use Codes. Parsippany needs to take charge for once and not be compromised by another developer like RD at Waterview.
This is another case of if we belonged to the Regional Highlands Master Plan things would surely work out better. Graystone a beautiful example of a  "redevelopment zone" and preserved historic landscape. At the very least perhaps redevelopment could provide low to moderate income housing in beautiful structures already existing. America, not private developers at Graystone Park.
