Our Planning Board again living in their make believe world of maps and one dimensional reality. The Statement in the above paragraph, concerning Buffalo Wings about the trash, "accidentally" blowing out of the enclosure. (also called the wind). Please its no accident its called lack of conscience discipline. Most people don't care how they handle their waste, our Nation and people have accepted trash as a norm its degrading consequences ignored. We all sing America the Beautiful and practice mass denial of what mass products of convenience do to our world.
IT's called in modern economic terms "throughput", all the material taken from the natural world that passes through the economy and emerges in some form sooner or later as waste. This waste, recycling can only slow down at best, while its quantity increases constantly. Our undisciplined, quick, uncaring society and lack of responsibility has allowed our landscapes to fill with litter and trash, this is the norm, not the accidental. So we will have more impervious surface,150 more parking areas, and more trash in the name of Buffalo Wings. Also saying the property will extend 3-feet in the back is misleading, what is the additional square footage of paved surface? Sure seems like lots of folks will be eating at this joint. Guess our economy is booming back. Those poor little chickens. Doesn't sound to healthy to me.
