Victor Shoe Repair - Lake Hiawatha

Dear Readers,
I dropped off shoes at Victor Shoe Repair about three weeks ago.  The store has been closed for two weeks. I have not been able to pick up my shoes.  Other customers are leaving notes on the door asking him to re-open so they can pick up their shoes. Another customer wrote that they will call the police. I called the township and we do not have a consumer affairs department.  What can I do to get my items back?
