During a legal search concerning land deeds and ownership during the Waterview development threat it was discovered Intervale Road was a "dedicated road" meaning it had no deed of ownership. That would of meant the Indians still owned it. That being the case the Indians voted against the developer RDR. Thank You Great Spirit and Citizens 4SHW for saving our American Landscape. Now lets work for more open space. Thanks all whom voted No and don't worry about what's next.
