Watching A NOVA Science Special on Green non-polluting new energy technology that is presently available; Bio-fuels and alternatives to petroleum,its quite astonishing to see what is now available to Humanity. RDR despite Parsipanny's vast brown Zones or already developed dead space offers no new green technology in their plans of development. None of their destruction of the Landscape even hints at something new. It will demand more from a system of waste in electric grid demand. Their assumption that the community would of hoped for in their commitment, is most insulting. RDR is out of touch with everything, but their power of money, influence and misplaced power. Has not Parsipanny already exceeded their Ordinance of Allowable Impervious Surface Coverage?? Should we in addition, pave over a known Aquifer Recharge Zone?
