What is the deal with the rudeness in the parking lots??

Anywhere I go, the parking is horrible.. And no, its not for lack of spots, its the complete and utter lack of respecting what a spot IS! just go to Quick Check in Lake Hiawatha in the morning. There is a guy constantly sitting in the "15 minutes only" spot for well over 15 minutes.. Or better yet, people park in the striped triangle which prevents LEGALLY parked drivers from being able to see who is coming in or around~ I'm just WAITING for someone to get hit because of this! They do it even where there is PLENTY of partking. The foodtown lot is the same way.. Or people are racing thru that lot, using it as a thru way to avoid the traffic lights..  Go to Applebees and you can see people parked sideways. Any apartment complex by the high school? Forget it! Visitors to any large event at the school think that the apartments are overflow parking! What is the MATTER with people?
