$3,000 Worth of Electronics Stolen From Redstone Drive Apartment

Resident returns home from work to find computer and television missing.

Parsippany Police are investigating a burglary in which several electronic items were taken from an apartment on Redstone Drive.

Police were called to the home on Saturday after a resident returned home from work to find the front door of their apartment open and several items missing, said Community Relations Officer Earl Kinsey.

“The door appeared to have been locked, but was pried open utilizing a hand tool,” he said.

The resident reported that a Macbook computer, a Vizio television, a Sony television and a bag of tools was missing from the apartment.

The items were valued at approximately $3,000, said Kinsey.

Police believe the burglary ocurred between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. Saturday.
