$6K in Tools Stolen from Construction Trailer, Cops Say

Police report the trailer's locked door was unbolted and a lock cut off.

Parsippany Police are seeking the person or persons who reportedly broke into a Littleton Road construction trailer last weekend and got away with $6,000 in tools.

According to a police statement, the person who reported the crime told Officer Brian Conover that a trailer parked on a Route 202 commercial lot was robbed sometime between 4:30 p.m. Saturday and 8:30 a.m. Monday. This person told police that a locked fence had been unbolted and its lock cut off.

The tools reportedly missing include: a Dewalt Planer, a HEMA Mortiser, a Dewalt Chop Saw, a Eureka Straight Edge Cut guide and Saw and a Skil Circular Saw.
