Car Engulfed in Flames Outside Home Under Investigation

Mount Tabor Volunteer Fire Department extinguished the blaze early Sunday morning.

The Mount Tabor Volunteer Fire Department put out a car fire on Robin Hood Road early Sunday morning after the car was engulfed in flames.

Firefighters responded to the residence where the car was reportedly on fire just before 3:30 a.m. When they arrived, the car was fully on fire in the driveway.

The Engine 613 crew was able to extinguish the fire within minutes, according to Capt. Bryan Crawford.

No property damage was done and the cause of the fire is still unknown.
