Cash, Jewelry Taken in Crown Point Rd. Burglary
Anyone with information about the case is asked to call Parsippany Police.
The say an investigation is underway in connection with a burglary reported Tuesday at a home on Crown Point Road.
Police said that just after 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, officers were dispatched to the residence. While there, the homeowner told authorities that they returned home after several hours out to find a jewelry box lying on a bed in the master bedroom.
A department spokesperson said it is believed a suspect or suspects entered the home through a rear sliding door.

Jewelry of unknown monetary value and $1,000.00 in cash was reported missing, according to police.
