Cops Arrest Parsippany Woman on $3K in Warrants

A 41-year-old Parsippany woman discovered to have more than $3,000 in outstanding warrants is now in the custody of the Morris County Sheriff's Department, according to the .

Authorities learned Cristina Costa had six outstanding warrants--including a no-bail warrant--totalling $3,175 and spread across multiple jurisdictions. PPD spokesperson Ptlm. Earl Kinsey said half of the warrants were criminal in nature, half involved alleged traffic offenses.  

Officers Brian Conover and Paul Levi went to Costa's home on Sunday at just before 10 a.m. and placed her under arrest, taking her to Parsippany Police Headquarters. Morris County Sheriff’s Department officers collected the suspect for incarceration.
