Police: Drunk Man Found Urinating Into Pickup Truck
The following arrest information was supplied by the Parsippany Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
said a township man was cited for driving while intoxicated late Wednesday night after he was seen urinating into a pickup truck.
Police said Officer Marc Fernandez saw James Morgan, 47, urinating into a truck at about 11:30 p.m. The man then entered the vehicle and started the engine, police said.
Fernandez stopped Morgan and placed him under arrest. He was transported to police headquarters where he was issued a summons for DWI, police said.

He was released to the custody of a family member.
A Pennsylvania man was also stopped by police late Wednesday for driving while allegedly drunk.

At about 11:18 p.m., Officer Matthew LaManna was on patrol near Route 10 and Route 202 when he saw a Buick Century make an improper turn onto Route 10 east, police said.
LaManna conducted a vehicle stop and questioned the driver, who was identified as 44-year-old Keith M. Yost, of Bethlehem, Pa., police said.
Yost was placed under arrest for DWI. He was also charged with careless driving and improper turn at a traffic signal.
Police said the man was released to the custody of a friend.
