Jogger Injured After Being Hit By Car in Parsippany
The driver did not see the pedestrian, police said.
A woman was struck by a car while jogging on Route 46 Thursday afternoon, police said.
She was struck at about 4:10 p.m. near 3799 Route 46 East when a vehicle entered the roadway from the shoulder and did not see the jogger, who was heading westbound in the eastbound lane, Sgt. Yvonne Christiano said.
The woman was transported to the hospital after complaining of leg and hip pain, Christiano said.
