Officers Michael Sprung and Andrew Sadowski arrived at Walgreens on Baldwin Road at about 9:30 p.m. Sunday and store management said a man and woman had just fled in a white taxi, according to a release from Officer Remo D’Alessandro, community relations officer.
While the officers checked the area for Visco and Fabrizio, police headquarters told them a taxi driver reported his passengers fled his taxi without paying their fee. The taxi driver returned to Walgreens where he told Sadowski he dropped Visco and Fabrizio off at the Route 46 ShopRite, according to the release.
