NJ.com: Former Parsippany Resident Indicted
Michael Yodice faces charges related to a September robbery and motorcycle crash that kiled his passenger.
A former Parsippany resident was indicted by a Morris County grand jury June 7 on a list of charges including aggravated manslaughter and vehicular homicide, NJ.com reported. The charges stem from a fatal motorcycle accident that left a passenger dead last September.
Michael Yodice, 22, reportedly drove away from a robbery at a convenience store in Montville. Taking a turn at 80 miles per hour, police said Yodice crashed and his passenger, 21-year-old Christopher Vielee of Pine Brook, was thrown from the bike and killed.
An affidavit signed by a Montville police officer said a surveillance video showed Vielee using a rifle while robbing the store.
