Pennsylvania Pair Arrested in Parsippany For Outstanding Warrants

Kevin Moranko, 32 and Gabrielle Hughes, 31 of Scranton Pa., were initially pulled over for seat-belt violations.

A Pennsylvania couple was arrested in Parsippany Sunday, after a routine traffic stop revealed outstanding warrants, according to New Jersey State Police.

Kevin Moranko, 32 and Gabrielle Hughes, 31, both of Scranton Pa., were pulled over by a New Jersey state trooper on Route 280 at 6 p.m. Sunday, said state police Lt. Steven Jones.

“A trooper out of Netcong stopped the Toyota Corolla for a non-moving violation,” said Jones. “The I.D. was obtained from the front and rear passengers because they were not wearing seat belts.”
