The following arrest information was supplied by the Parsippany Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Parsippany-Troy Hills Police Department is investigating an alleged residential burglary that reportedly took place on Alan Drive Sunday night.  According to Ptlm. Earl Kinsey, a resident told police that upon his return home, he noticed an open kitchen window and found the master bedroom ransacked. A Macbook Pro Laptop Computer valued at $3,000 was reported stolen. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact  Parsippany Police at 973-263-4300.

On Wednesday, Parsippany Police responded to the Days Inn on Route 46 after receiving a report about a burglary to a vehicle. The victim told Officer Marcin Czajka that he had parked his car in the hotel lot at 3:30 p.m. When he returned a few minutes later, the rear window of the vehicle was smashed and $10 in cash was missing, police said. An investigation led to the arrest of Matthew Fedroff, 31, of Budd Lake, who was staying at the Days Inn. Police say Fedroff allegedly used a hammer to break the window of the victim’s vehicle to remove the money. The suspect ultimately was released pending a court appearance.
