Police Report Water Main Break in Lake Hiawatha
About two dozen homes are without water temporarily.
The Parsippany Police Department says crews are at the scene of a water main break near Lake Shore Drive and Pawnee Avenue in Lake Hiawatha.
According to authorities, the main's gate valve ruptured necessitating repair. Work is now underway, police said.
While repairs are being made, police said approximately 25 homes will be without water.
