Saturday Storm Brings Power Outages for 100+ Residents
JCP&L says it hopes to restore electricity as soon as possible.
Saturday's weather emergency has left some residents without electricity, say .
Jersey Central Power and Light's online outage map shows 144 Parsippany customers are without power as of 6:45 p.m.
A handful of customers in nearby Morris Plains and 172 in Boonton are also in the dark at present, according to JCP&L.

The outages, police said, are a result of the winds and rain that hit the area Saturday afternoon.
JCP&L said efforts are underway to try and restore electricity as soon as possible.
