The officers found a broken window and an unsecured door near the building's loading dock entrance, Kinsey said.

Kinsey said Keiser checked the area surrounding the business and found an unoccupied vehicle with a warm hood in the parking lot near a wooded area. He said a search led the officers to Millette, who was about 100 feet away from the vehicle.
