Some Charges Dismissed Against Ex-Firefighter
Judge throws out aggravated arson, burglary and official misconduct charges.
Three charges of aggravated arson, burglary and official misconduct contained in a 10-count indictment against a were thrown out by a Sussex County judge Friday, according to the Daily Record.
Suspended Morris County Sheriff’s Officer Jason Campbell, who was , also had his bail lowered on those charges, which was set at $200,000. Campbell will be released on his original $75,000 property bond, but will need to submit to weekly urine monitoring, the Daily Record reporter.
